The Multi-state Bar Exam

The MBE is the multiple choice section of the California Bar Exam.  This test is a national exam and is administered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners.  The MBE is held on the second day of the California Bar Exam.  It consists of 200 multiple choice questions over a period of six hours.  See below for answers to frequently asked questions about the MBE.
